Registration/ Confirmation deadline for presenters: June 15, 2024
Your submission will be acknowledged by email, and we recommend that you keep the confirmation for your records. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check that you fully submitted your abstract, that your email address is correct, and that the confirmation did not end up in your junk mail. If you still don’t see a confirmation email, please contact iba2024-program[at]venuewest.com
GUIDELINES
- All abstracts must be submitted via the Online IBA 2024 submission Portal.
- The word limit for abstracts is 300. They must be submitted in English.
- Abstracts submitted must contain original work and must not have been published previously presented at a meeting of another national or International scientific organization prior to this meeting.
- Standard abbreviations and acronyms may be used without prior definition, but all non- standard terms must be defined where first used in the text.
- Please check your abstract carefully; it will be published as submitted.
- Submission of an abstract indicates acceptance of and compliance with the abstract submission guidelines.
- No change can be made to abstracts once the abstract submission deadline has passed.
- Presenting authors of accepted abstracts must be registered and paid participants.
- Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.
- The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission to the Secretariat.
